This cosy two-level holiday apartment is part of a traditional Ikarian stone house, built into the natural rock of the Fytema valley, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere.
From both the living room and the bedroom, you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea.
Fytema Beach is only 200 metres away.
In front of and next to the apartment, there are two lovely terraces with sea views, offering both sun and shade, and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing moments.
The spacious 120 m² terrace in front of the house is shared with two other guest apartments, while the terrace beside the house is for your private use.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Some of the antique furnishings reflect the character of the house, which was built around 100 years ago.
The bathroom is fitted with high-quality fixtures and furnishings.
A very special feature of this apartment is the sea view directly from your bed.

The accommodation
Our guests have access to a spacious private outdoor area surrounding the house.
Right next to the house, there is an additional outdoor shower. Fytema Beach can be reached in just a two-minute walk via our private access path.
Guest access
Parking is available on our property behind the gate, as well as directly behind the house.
Other things to note
The pergola creates a lovely shaded spot in front of the house. Together with the natural rock at the back of the house and the stone walls, which are up to one metre thick, it helps to keep the interior pleasantly cool, even during the hottest days in August.
A very quiet fan can be provided if needed, adding a refreshing breeze.
This means that air conditioning is not necessary.
