Eco Tinyhouse with Sea View
The Eco TinyHouse on Fytema Beach is fully equipped and offers exceptional comfort within a compact 20 m² space, ideal for two guests. The living area includes an additional bed (1.75 m long), suitable for a child or a shorter adult (up to 1.65 m).
With a modern yet natural design, the TinyHouse was built by us in 2019 exclusively from ecological materials. It is designed to remain pleasantly cool even during the summer months, without the need for artificial air conditioning.
A pergola provides shade over the house and seating area, creating a quiet place to relax while enjoying the sea and surrounding nature.

The property
Around the Tiny House, guests have access to a spacious private outdoor area. Beside the TinyHouse, there is also a seating area with sea views and an additional outdoor shower. Fytema Beach is just a two‑minute walk away via our private access.

Parking is available on our private land behind the gate.
Other important information
The wooden pergola creates a shaded area beside the Tiny House and helps maintain a pleasant indoor climate even on the hottest August days. An additional quiet ventilation system provides a refreshing indoor atmosphere.
As we live on the property, we are always available to offer advice and recommendations. We speak Greek, English, German, French, Italian and Polish.
Check‑in is from 15:00, and check‑out by 10:00.
We also offer dance workshops, giving you the opportunity to take part in Ikaria’s famous traditional festivals and to discover their history and deeper meaning.
