A traditional stone house, with one side built directly against natural rock, harmonising the building with its surroundings and creating an architectural experience that respects and absorbs the natural landscape. The bathroom, carved into the rock, creates a unique atmosphere and a strong sense of being immersed in nature.
From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, Fytema Beach and the mountains of Mesariá. The apartment was renovated in 2023 using ecological materials, while preserving its traditional character. The beach is just 200 metres away.

The accommodation
The bathroom, kitchen and living area are of high quality and fully equipped, combining traditional‑style furnishings with contemporary elements.
The private outdoor area includes a terrace, outdoor shower, parking space and a large 6,000 m² garden offering additional shaded spots to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views.
Guest access
Guests may use, in addition to the apartment and its terrace, all outdoor areas of the enclosed 6,000 m² private property, which is fully fenced and secured by a gate.
Other important information
As we live on the property, we are always available to help with information about hiking routes, getting around the island and travel options. We are happy to recommend the island’s main sights, beaches, cultural events, restaurants and nightlife. If you wish, we can also help organise transfers to and from the port or airport.
Check‑in is from 15:00, and check‑out by 10:00.
We also offer dance workshops, giving you the opportunity to take part in Ikaria’s famous traditional festivals and to discover their history and deeper meaning.
