Other things to note

Relax in the shade of the pergola in front of the house, or on the second terrace beneath the dense shade of the bougainvillea and fig tree. The natural rock behind the house and the thick stone walls of up to one metre wide keep the interior pleasantly cool during the summer months, without the need for artificial air conditioning.

As we live on the property, we are always on hand to provide information about hiking routes, getting around the island and travel options. We are happy to recommend the island’s main sights, beaches, cultural events, restaurants and nightlife. If you wish, we can also help organise transfers to and from the port or airport.

We speak Greek, English, German, French, Italian and Polish.

Check‑in is from 15:00, and check‑out by 10:00.

We also offer dance workshops, giving you the opportunity to take part in Ikaria’s famous traditional festivals and to discover their history and deeper meaning.
